Bareback Riding

$300 (guaranteed 60% payback) (office fee and prize fee of $25 for each contestant) 

Carded Members can compete at approved series and direct qualifier rodeos for a spot

at the JRA National Finals Event (list available on our website)

Qualifier Buckles will be available to purchase during registration 

• Champion Buckles will be awarded in all age groups/events with more than 5 contestants.
   
• Prizes for 1st and 2nd Place will be awarded in age groups/events with 6–10 contestants.
   
• Prizes for 1st through 3rd Place will be awarded in age groups/events with 11 or more contestants.
   

Note: For prize and jackpot payout purposes, age groups with fewer than 10 contestants may be combined with another group. However, contestants will always draw from age- and size-appropriate stock.

October 6 – Rodeo Kickoff Night

• Contestant      Check-In: 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM (must be present)
• Back      Number Ceremony: 5:00 PM (qualifiers must be present)
• Dress to Impress – Best threads & cowboy hats required

October 7 – PATIRIOTIC DAY 

Show your pride – wear your country’s colors!

• Autograph Signing (Group 1): 1:00 PM
• Round 1 6:30 PM (Slack, if necessary, 4:00 PM)

October 8 – TOUGH ENOUGH TO WEAR PINK

WEAR PINK FOR BREAST CANCER AWARENESS

October 9– SHORT ROUND FRIDAY

WEAR PURPLE FOR DOMESTIC VIOLENCE AWARENESS

We are partnering with Corner Stone Cowgirl Ministries to provide a rodeo experience to kids (ages 3 and up) and families that would not ordinarily get to experience the western way of life!

• DOMESTIC VIOLENCE INVITATIONAL RODEO 3:00-4:30
• SPONSOR MEET AND GREET and Youth Autograph Session FROM 4:30-4:45
• PRIVATE BBQ FOR SPECIAL GUESTS 4:45-5:15
• Short Round Calcutta: 5:15-5:45 PM (IN THE ARENA)
• Short Round Finals: 6:30 PM GRAND ENTRY

 Each contestant will receive one jacket provided by the association. Please note this is one jacket per contestant, not per entry. (Jackets are for contestants competing for the world titles).

 A Contestant Media Package—which includes an Autograph Card, Program Ad, and Contestant Cut-Out—will be available for purchase during the entry process. Please note that purchasing an ad secures the advertising space only; ad design services are not included.
